Complaint from Jennifer Fitch Bullhead City, AZalmost 4 years agoYour staff hangs up on people and then you don’t answer your phones. Some people are in serious pain and the staff play games with them. Silvercreek staff is horrible and I would not recommend anybody go if they can help it. -
